Bookings 2023 –  Gite Maison La Perouse     

MAY/SEPT/OCT –        £1800.00 per week

JUNE/JULY/AUG  –    £2600.00 per week                                 

Dog owners – We welcome one dog at Gites La Boudonniere.  There is a fee of  50 euros per week or part week payable on arrival.

Cleaning fee – There is a cleaning fee of 60 euros per week to be paid at the end of the holiday let.  

Taxe de séjour – To comply with recent French law, we are now required to charge a daily tourist rate known as the ‘taxe de séjour’. The charge is 1.50 euros per adult per night. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax. This will be collected during your stay.

Bookings 2023 –  Gites La Boudonniere is now available as an enlarged single gite complex ‘Maison La Perouse’ – ideal for groups at the following price rate.                                                                 

MAY/SEPT/OCT –      £1800.00 per week

JUNE/JULY/AUG –   £2600.00 per week 

CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEAR – t.b.c 

Dog owners – We welcome one dog at Maison La Perouse.  There is a fee of  50 euros per week or part week payable on arrival.

Cleaning fee – There is a cleaning fee of 60 euros per week to be paid at the end of the holiday let.  

Taxe de séjour – To comply with recent French law, we are now required to charge a daily tourist rate known as the ‘taxe de séjour’. The charge is 1.50 euros per adult per night. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax. This will be collected during your stay. 

 

The price of staying in Maison La Perouse includes:

Bed linen, tea towels, bathmats; a fresh supply of all these items is provided weekly for longer stays.

Cot, high chairs, and stair gates.

Electricity and wifi

Free Sat TV for both English and French Channels

Fully Heated newly refurbished Swimming Pool and patio area with sun loungers. Please note that the Pool is open from the middle May to the end of September.

Sports equipment including table tennis, badminton, swings and trampoline.

Stock of the following items for your arrival: toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, tea towels, dustbin liners, all cleaning equipment, and basic kitchen condiments – salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, herbs & spices, etc., tea, coffee and fresh milk

NB: guests will need to bring their own towels, personal toiletries and swimming/beach towels. 

Deposit: We ask for a deposit of £200  at the time of booking to confirm your gite rental. The balance payment is due no later than two weeks before the start of the rental period. 

Payment: Deposits and balance payment can be paid by bank transfer. 

Damage deposit: As is the custom with most gite rentals, we ask for a damage/security deposit on arrival of 100.00 Euros which will be returned after inspection on the day of departure. We do, however, kindly ask that you treat our properties with the same care and respect you would your own. We trust guests to report any damages immediately, and this will be settled on a case by case basis. 

Arrival & Departure : Guests can arrive any time after 4.00 pm. All guests need to vacate their gite on the day of departure by 10.00 am to allow enough time to prepare for the next changeover.

Changeover day: Whilst this is generally on a Saturday, we can be flexible subject to booking/ availability.

 
Hand Sanitizers – we undertake to provide hand sanitizers and we ask you to follow current guidelines around washing your hands.
 
Toiletries – please bring all your own personal toiletries with you.
 
Towels – Towels are provided for use in the gite. Please bring your own swimming pool towels with you.
 
Bedding – We will provide bedding.
 
Waste disposal  – please use the black and yellow waste bags provided for you and take responsibility for removing bagged waste. The council bins are located opposite the entrance to our property.
 
Swimming Pool – The pool will be open from 11h.00 until 19h.00 and is available exclusively for our guests. We will provide sun beds and umbrellas. We recommend that you bring your own pool accessories such as rubber rings etc with you.
